Our Eyrie Room comes with its own sound system that can be used for Bands, DJ's and music from your phone or laptop. Projector and screen can be used and connected to via any device with a HDMI output. Private bathrooms, Air-con & Heating and plenty of natural light

If you plan to book a DJ/Band or other entertainment, you'll need to let us know in advance or if help is needed in sourcing a DJ we can also help with that - just let us know!

Pricing

Pricing is bespoke to each event. Please make sure to give us as much information as you can in your enquiry, so we can best quote you

Please include event type, number of guests, required hire length including set-up time, and if you’ll have any entertainment and any other information that might be relevant

Private Bar

We have a fully kitted out private bar with 6 beer lines and a range of bottles & canned products as well as spirits, mixers & cocktails. If you'd like this bar tended during your event, an additional fee may apply

Parking

Roadside parking can be found on Aylmer Road, Carlton Road & Barfield Road metered between 10:00 - 16:00 and free after 16:00

Church Lane is Free after 17:00 and metered between 09:00 - 17:00

Tesco Parking 2 hours maximum stay, Private Car Park on Hebbon Road

Food

We encourage pre-orders for large groups. Please see our available food menus HERE

We require food pre-orders to be completed 10 days ahead of your event. Items from the canape & buffet menus can not be ordered from on the day however, extras can be ordered from the A La Carte menu without a pre-order. Please note a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to food orders

Special Food Items:

It is not permitted to bring external food into the premises. Cakes are fine - If ordering your cake from a bakery or shop, please bring along a copy of the ingredient & allergen information

Decorations

Feel free to bring along decorations, table cloths, bunting, balloons or other items. Fixing items to the wall is permitted with the use of Blu-Tack or masking tape as long as no marks are left behind.

Our one and only rule on decorations is NO glitter and NO confetti - This includes balloons filled with confetti, glitter pens, glitter/confetti party poppers

If you wish to decorate the room, you will be responsible for the setup and removal of all decorations
